Eligible returns may be requested within 15 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Orders may be cancelled when possible before processing or shipment, subject to applicable requirements.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with your order details and the reason for the return.

Products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and supporting photographs so that we can review the issue and assist you.

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will determine the applicable refund or replacement according to the circumstances of the return. Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order. Return shipping arrangements and costs may vary depending on the reason for the return.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

To request a return, refund, replacement, or cancellation, please contact us at info@layest.shop or +1 (216) 644 7452 with your order details.

We reserve the right to review each return or cancellation request and determine eligibility according to the circumstances and applicable policies.
